Easy to Follow Along for Those with Fibromyalgia Posted by Donna on 6th Jun 2013 This is definitely a must have for anyone with Fibromyalgia. It's easy to follow along with Dr. Lam as he slowly takes one through the steps a few times for each new form. The lessons are front and back view also so no time is spent trying to figure out proper leg/hand to use. I'll be bringing this to my next doctor appointment so my doctor can check it out and recommend it to other patients. The Best of All Tai-Chi for beginners As a Tai-Chi and Qi Gong teacher for 15 years there has never been a Tai Chi dvd out that I could recommend to beginners who could not find a class and a teacher. This one I recommend. --Amazon

Great help to students of tai chi Posted by Jerry Matlock on 25th Jun 2013 Many students in our Tai Chi for Arthritis class use this video as a supplement to the class lessons. I recommend the dvd to them and it is easy to see that they are using it to improve their tai chi form. I teach in the same format as is contained in the dvd instructions for warm ups and the form. The students can review each lesson at home and make their practice more complete. Dr. Lam breaks each section down into easy to see component movements so one particular part of the Tai Chi Arthritis form can be studied more completely.
