HOW TO USE: 1. Prep the lips by gently exfoliating and applying a dab of balm. Blot with a tissue. 2. Use the tip or sides of the applicator to line lips. 3. Use the width of the applicator to fill in a layer of bold colour. 4. For a blurred ombre look, apply colour to the centre of lips and tap with finger to diffuse outward. 5.
